Looking at Themeforest, why are SMEs in Kenya not taking advantage of the great designs for their business websites?

I work full time in elance and odesk and do support hundreds of businesses to setup and maintain wordpress websites from about $200. Coming to Kenya, a business person states specificaly that they do not need a wordpress website. Why?

Anyone with a similar experince?

Needless to say, I created this new handle to get more clients from WAZUA. I have had about five in the past. I now need wordpress clients only. You select a theme, I buy it, register domain (with your names obviously), and setup your content. All for 20k. Free .com and hosting for one year. After whcih you renew .com for 1k and hosting @ 1,200/- both per year (Total annual fee: 2,200).

@richdad - Not at themeforest. I do have some items at codecanyon though.

How it goes: Less than two weeks where content is provided on time.

1. Send me a link with your selected theme.
2. Initial pay (30%) - gets you domain/hosting and I also purchase the theme.
3. I start work and show you the initial look.
4. The second payment is made. (50% of what is left)
5. I complete the content update.
6. You review work and suggest changes - send new images and text content in word document. Directions for the map in contact pages etc.
7. I complete work on the new changes.
8. Final review and payment. Project closure.
9. Free Periodical updates not exceeding one hour of work.
We can always use elance or odesk if you so wish. Local payment is better; it has less charges.
