Am looking for a plot in Utawala in a controlled developed area. The plot should be inside a court and should be near the main road. Kindly, if you one have quote for me the price. My budget is 1.3m

@Njoki, sorry for butting in on your thread, I'm also interested in plot in Utawala Either gated & controlled or for putting up flats but not far from the main road.

There's is a plot around these coordinates

-1.279286, 36.967730‎ (Enter in google maps)

3rd row from Eastern by pass. Completely developed area. In fact the plot is one of the only ones around there that's not developed.

Not sure but it may be 40x80. I know the owner is asking for more than 1.5m
Her reasoning is that another plot (30x60) much further up, near Utawala shopping mall, sold for 1.2m.

Most of these plots do not have titles but rather certificates
If this is of interest, I can refer you to the owner.
