Madam guru you are equally guilty of lack of objectivity on this matter. You are easily rattled whenever any unfavorable comment is posted about this stock.

saw the CEO interviewed last month and his argument was that investors at NSE don't know how to value stocks for real estate companies like his hence it is undervalued. even looking at their website you wonder whether this guyz are serious because there is lack of information on stuff a potential client should easily get from a website. They have invested in good growth areas both in Nairobi and in other counties but they need to be more organized to boost investor confidence. The future of Kenya real estate development will favor big players and I believe they will be one of them.

There may be some 'gains' but minimal at best when the volume [& value] is considered. As Warren Buffett says... Even shit rises with the tide, only when it goes out do we know who was swimming naked...

That is a profound statement and still comically intriguing. That is a good I for the year.

Everything has a some value at some point... I have began buying again at below 5.5 bringing my average down to 7.5 bob as of Friday!

Next week I continue buying to get that average buy price down further all the way until results are announced...

Hopefully there will be light at the end of this tunnel.

Well if you believe it will hit 4 bob, why buy at 5.40 instead of waiting for 4?

'Those' that bought at 25/-, averaged down at 18/-, again at 12/-, again at 8/-, again at 6/-, finally waiting for 4/-, i truely can feel the pain, but don't lose hope, just keep on keeping on, always average down!!!!!!

Some of these shares are not worth averaging down, just sit back and watch your money fly away instead of diving deeper into the smelly shit!!

Some share declines are equivalent to robbery without violence,if I feel hurt and I bought at 6 bob I can imagine the pain of those who bought millions above 20bob
