Kenyans woke up to the news that their favourite TV news anchor Swaleh Mdoe is broke and in need of financial assistance, ASAP.

Speaking to Word Is, Swaleh said, "Yes, I'm broke and that is a fact of life. I have pressing financial issues that need to be resolved and the bank cannot top up and help me."

The Citizen Swahili news anchor has decided to sell one of his kidneys in the hopes that he will get some money in return.

waleh refused to explain what the nature of his financial issue is but insisted that the timelines for his need for the money is "as soon as next week."

If you need to get in touch with Swaleh Mdoe call him on 0722733130.

Tafakari hayo.

Is this a joke? The guy takes home about 700k!? If this story is true then his debt is way much higher and with more dangerous people than the banks. Banks don't take the route of humiliating their debtor as it achieves no results.

BBI will solve it

He did not say he owes the bank,he says banks have refused to top up.

I am not surprised that he is broke.

The more you earn the more you spend.

With a salo of 700k,you don't expect the guy to stay in Buru, you don't expect him to drive a Lakini, you don't expect him to have a low maintainance mama and neither do you expect his kids to go to public schools. All the above are way past his 700k.Then no savings.

It looks like a matter of life and death or he is seeking sympathy.
Can all the ladies unite in assisting this guy.We need to keep seeing his good looks.

What does the law state?
Is it a 10m fine or 10yrs imprisonment?

If the sale of human organs didn't have any controls only a handful of adult Kenyans would be walking around with a pair of each organ.

Actually, it is haram to sell any of your body organs Islamic law. He probably made a joke and people took it seriously. So I don't think it is true... Or it could be a stunt to attract people to citizen TV... People got tired of "story za Babu"
