I saw a post yesterday inquiring about Amish Gupta,but I can't seem to find it today.

Anyway,I too have been wondering about the guy. Who is he and why does he keep jumping from investment bank to investment bank? It's one thing if you work for an international conglomerate like Barclays or CFC Stanbic,but these locally owned investment banks are full of risks and too politically tied for a newcomer to break in,especially one who is not tribally linked to any one of the power brokers.

this is something difficult to analyze unless you are privy to the his circumstances and package. and do not be too fazed by multinationals. employer is important but that is only one facet of job decision making. pia anyone who has worked with multinationals knows that they do not always give the best compensation package. na hiyo ni across industries. maisha ni ku-risk. let him be.
