I just watched that man on Citizen TV.......if I didn't know @Mawinder I would have insisted it was him!!!!

The guy answered the questions so confidently, just like some being interviewed with a view to getting employed.

Just like the famous fake policeman aka Waigangio, if he goes into jail, he will write a book!!smile

I felt he knew the maximum penalty and was ready for it!!!

What is the charge for impersonation? I guess 6 months in cellars or 50K fine...with his millions in banks and properties the guy will not spend a night in jail once the ruling is made...this is Kenya.

ION: @Kimunya was fined max Kes. 2000 for disobeying a court order; thats what the law says in Kenya, live with it guys.

Why should he be found guilty when he can buy the magistrate or the prosecutor tea?

Coincidentally I also thought of Mawinder while watching. Soo confident. Anyway nobody he conned is going to come forward. So charges will only be impersonation. He will be out in 3 months or pay 50k. EACC should just pay this guy to point out these guys...
