this must be the ministry with the most infighting. and it is becoming expensive.

1. Profesa vs. Assistant Ministers

2. Profesa vs. SSMB & Coca Cola

3. Profesa vs. KFF/FKL

4. Profesa vs. Athletics Kenya

5. Profesa vs. Youth Enterprise Fund Board (is this under her?). the result a 2.25 page pullout in today's Nation. and a 'wanted' style caption of the CEO. would that cost close to 2 million? wanahabari nielemisheni)

6. who is next?

is this evidence of poor management ability?

Poor communication is what daktari is lacking .She is one of my favorite ministers but she lacks proper communication skills.

you can achive all things through Him(Jesus Christ)

I applaud Sambili for standing up to the bullies. What AK and the other associations are doing can only be bulling the Minister because she's a lady.
How do they go making deals without her knowledge ati she only sees things concerning her ministry on the news like the rest of us?

Those of average intelligence talk about things.
Stupid people talk about other people.

On the issue of the enterprise fund there must be one side which is rotten...where there is smoke there is fire and most likely either the board or the CEO/Minister have some ill deals which dont serve both groups....

that YEFB chairlady was a real emotional nutcase! she was ranting as if the fund is her private kitty. hajui Dakitari has spoken and merely carried out instructions from the 2 principals..that aside, the advert and notice in DN is way childish..but not entirely unexpected given her disposition on the matter

thats it!

Nyinyi wacheni. Musitubring'ie!.

This so called Professor,Dr,Minister,is the real nutcase. How come everything is war for her?

I also read the the long pull out in the paper today. If even half of what the YEF board says is true, this Wario character should be in jail, not angling for a plum CEO post.

A Minster who rewards such lapses, even in Kenya, has lost it big time. She must have the attention span of a gnat. How come she did not learn from the embarassing Kib's Ringera debacle?

Dr Sambili is the Husband, the PS for planning - a pretty solid chap.
the Prof. is the Current minister - I like her,she comes to church and sits with populi. As a minister - she is the final word on her ministry sijui watu wanasema nini?

@Masukuma

Even Kibs is a frontline, card carrying Catholic. RAO is a die hard born again, kwanza ile ya kutumbukizwa. Do you take as gospel everything they say or do?

Your holy Minister is a managerial incompetent and the record shows it. Ukweli usemwe njameni, ata kama mnakaa kwa kiti moja kanisani. It is this kind of blind partisanship that is destroying the country.

I worked with Wario several years ago at PwC,unless he has just gotten rotten,I knew him as a very straighforward guy. Actually really forthright.

Huyu waziri ana mambo. Take the naming rights issue. I thought selling to coke the naming rights for Nyayo was a good deal. The gava gets some cash,Nyayo is refurbished and we attract some big teams willing to train here for SA 2010,We reap in terms of business, tourism, image etc. However, the deal was squashed eti the name Nyayo is special blah, blah, blah! The ministry does not even have a sports policy. No wonder nothing ever moves forward.

Let him be kept away from paper and ink so that he may stop to write and learn to think...

cant keep up with these titles. daktari, profesa etc. nimebadilisha.

on the Youth Enterprise Fund,i agree hellen tombo is coming across as really amateurish and a overly emotional. even if the waziri made a mistake, taking the battle to the press will not necessarily solve anything. i see the advert as 2m shillings to soothe the board's bruised ego.
