In fact the plot is one of the only ones around there that's not developed. Not sure but it may be 40x80. I know the owner is asking for more than 1.5m Her reasoning is that another plot (30x60) much further up, near Utawala shopping mall, sold for 1.2m. Most of these plots do not have titles but rather certificates If this is of interest, I can refer you to the owner. Motobex
