Quote:Cord principal Raila Odinga has dismissed as a ploy the pay cut by the President, Deputy President and the Cabinet. He said it is a trick to cover up the inefficiencies of the Jubilee government. Raila said the Jubilee administration has failed to bring down the high cost of living, fight rampant corruption in government and create employment. He said President Uhuru and Deputy President William Ruto do not understand how to run an economy. “Kibaki and I managed the grand coalition well. Let them invite us and we shall show them how to run a government,” said the former Prime Minister. Raila was speaking at Musitinyi Primary School in Luanda constituency during a memorial service for eight people who were burnt to death when the matatu they were travelling in caught fire in an accident a week ago. He said the coalition government gave Kenyans a new constitution but Jubilee has been unable to implement it. Raila said corruption claims in the laptops project and standard gauge railway is proof that jubilee “is gambling” with government. Cord co-principal Moses Wetang’ula said Uhuru and Ruto cannot be entrusted with implementing devolution. “The two have embarked on a new deception and another gimmick to cheat Kenyans that they have reduced their salaries,” he said. - See more at: http://the-star.co.ke/ne...ki#sthash.uI1unrLk.dpuf Baba is looking for a job?
