@wvk, the Joint real estate group membership is free. Its a Do it Yourself setup where members select land, buy, subdivide amonst themselves. The fees are only charged for architectural services consumed and at market rates. Its a free setup to enable people pool resources and afford entry into real estate investment or home ownership and decisions are member driven.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

i have seen the wazua tab open at the project advocate's computer so he is a visitor or a member of wazua. 2 of the three current buyers have previously mentioned wazua in our conversation so they are either visitors to wazua or members. We are currently in the final stages of plan approvals and land acquisition. Once this process ends, by end of this month, we will then embark on aggressive advertising to attract new shareholders. Construction will also begin next month.
