Toyota Premio engine for a mitsubishi galant, is it workable?

For the car enthusiasts in wazua. I would like to know if its possible to replace a mitsubishi 4g93 engine with a premio engine? I have in mind the toyota 7A engine. Please also explain if there will be any downsides

very possible many mits with GDI engines that popped have premio engines and you see them cruising down waiyaki way
