They never do the things they know could make a difference, such as real access to markets. Its so sad. They give you a loan but you are required to buy stuff from they markets and even employ their consultants. Nkt

mmhhh ..hard question what of the funding given to support HIV and AIDS can the government handle the cases without donor funding?

YES!! If the Government prioritized expenditure, cut on corruption and did proper management of funds

@Tox, unfortunately, they will not have us access their markets so we can grow our economy and be able to pay for these things ourselves.
