Surely you realize that in Kenya, when it comes to government jobs, a person's credentials are no indication of what he will do once in office.

And since Waititu is likely a political appointee of UK, Ms Wakhungu probably had no choice in the matter and probably has no control over what Waititu does.

I have looked at the Ngugi J decision on Waititu's suitability. Very poor decision. It will be overturned

So according to our judiciary, Waititu, whose major crime is throwing stones, is unfit to hold any public office but our President and VP who have been charged with heinous crimes including murder, rape, displacement etc at the ICC are fit to hold public office? Waititu should appeal ASAP!
