With an angry crowd in wait, this government worker visibly drunk comes on TV and wonders aloud why people are complaining about him and his phombe habit. Guy clarifies about having been coming to work drunk for the last 30yrs and it "has never affected his performance"!! Hata kama ni kupenda phombe, he has just summoned Mututho to his doorstep Laughing out loudly

ONLY in Kenya. So much for justice in Kangundo.
