When supreme court ruled against us last year we accepted though we disagreed. This is because the rule of law is an important principle and without which there would be anarchy. Mutea Iringo is not above the law and should be immediately arrested if he has broken the law. I always knew Jubilee government would be a lawless government. I just did not know it would take them less than a year to start propagating Moi era impunity.
