For sometime now, I have been seeing people who, for health reasons having been stopped from taking sugar, using small tablets to sweeten their tea. I was wondering if the sweeteners are healthy for the sick, would it be ok to take them in place of sugar, now that its said sugar is not "very" healthy? Do they have side effects? What are they made of?

Extracted refined sugar is just bad news for the body. Google "Health Effects of Sugar". Avoid it at all costs. Adopt natural sugars, e.g unrefined honey. Even natural sugars need to be used in moderation. If you have to use sugar, minimize the effects by consuming the sugar with something that is high in soluble fiber. By doing this, you will reduce, slow down or prevent sugar spikes in the blood - relative to how much sugar and soluble fiber was consumed. They tried to bury us, they didn't know we were seeds.

Artificial Sweeteners Are Worse Than SugarSweetener lesson 101 is to avoid artificial sweeteners like the plague. There's little doubt in my mind that artificial sweeteners can be even worse for you than sugar and fructose, and there is scientific evidence to back up that conclusion."

Avoiding artificial sweeteners could mean avoiding most of processed foods. Do you know the implications of that?
