Senator Murkomen alleges that (according to auditor general's report) there is a governor who has 6 confidential accounts where he draws money without approval from the county parliament. The same governor allegedly withdrew 36 Million at some point! He goes ahead to say that Isac Ruto is making noise because the auditor general's report about him is so damning! Pray

The real enemies of devolution are governors. We must deal with them, jail them even, or even hang them to death and safeguard our future. Next in line, these useless n noisy county reps.....these ones need a firing squad!

The report is online Rutto is the one who took the bank overdraft.

On Citizen he said that a governor with those secret accounts is withdrawing 3m weekly. Then there iis some Dep Governor in a very rural county who's living in a house they're paying 380k per month
