This is a brilliant idea for revenue. He should sell the water to Nairobi just like Nairobi county sells water to Mayakos County!!!

I thought most of Nrb water comes from Ndakaini, which is in Gatanga, which is in Murang'a?

My Governor is doing great but with no PR stunts, welcome to Homa-bay County. This will be a model County for Western Kenya! Watch this space. Many dont even know him.

Exactly. Maybe he meant to charge for the massive water pipeline running through his county. This guy will soon charge for oxygen.

Saw him launch a 240,000,000 project the other day. No P.R stunts, just works diligently. He needs to hire a P.R firm though. He is going places this man Awiti.

my Governor has been seeing visions, blueprints, agendas, wants and ideas. all the while, every day, i lose lots of hours/cash and carbon pollute the air in the jam.

my other one has no clue. He has been dealing with a single mother "demon" called MP Nganga.
