the whole parcel is 200 acres. The land is going at kes 40m per acre.
One owner is selling 1/3rd of their share in the 200 acres. Kigwa estate.

I thought the same. I wonder how people manage to build those high raises in some parts of Thome where you can clearly see the land is low lying and water logged.

@ Mnjoro! It could be the parcel between Michuki and Braeburn school (next to Ole Lenku) or the one behind Ridgeways inn and the Bypass!

80% of their land is on low lying grounds still.You mean Ole Lenku lives that side?

If you intend to buy land those sides of thome and ridgeways,buy during the rainy season.
I know 2 houses whose owners spent a tidy sum on the foundation,I wondered if it was worth it.
Another has a basement which gets waterlogged whenever it rains.They use a pump during such seasons.
Another has cracks and is slowly becoming the leaning house of garden.

Add small green snakes to it all.
But it's a very cool area if one can get a dry expensive pce of land.

@Mnjoro! Yes, he lives those sides; at the entry to the new road which crosses through Garden Court.
