Sadly, that is exactky what we are doing as a Country, erecting hurdles upon hurdles as we give all maner of excuses for failing to comply and cooperate with ICC.

If the persons in court were the common expendables, all the materail demanded would have been made available the next day!




And the irony is that Bensouda is basing her case on evidence she has never seen.

Better still should said pesa mingi ya Kenia iko na kichwa ya Kenya Snr and is in circulation, hidden in banks, wallets under matresses burried etc the CBK governor does still know ni how much
It is a serious macroeconomic challenge counting and tracing Kenyattas wealthsmile

His performance at the ICCFA and his responses were commendable. He circumvented the traps and the bait that had been set by the prosecutor/judges with ease.
