Tuko wengi. I imagine many governors would be glad if it was Mutua who was axed in Wambora's place. They can now justify mediocrity and lack of vision. Mutua's fall from grace would increase the general populce's disillusionment with devolution

If he is asked to really honestly account for all these issues, won't he become a "harsh gaarment critic"? He has his supporters, in the blind-goggled-mice-mbus that is zooming away to chance driven by a goggled driver, vroooom, vrom, vrom Alfie in Wonderland, just like some kid pretending he "knows" how to drive. Just noticed substandard ran the story. A New Kenya

Mutua has excellent PR. He made sure the press gets to know what he is doing. He used social media to his advantage. He did brilliant job in the short time he had. He is a thief- no less. The best among the thieving bastards.Let him "eat" but help the wananchi ! I mean he can show a park, a stadium, police cars, ambulances, Streets lights, CCTV cameras, Machawood, etc....In the process, he ate some on the side....Let's wait for the reports on the other governors!!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

The report prepared between January and June 30 last year, ....... That time devolution had not even taken shape, it was too early to judge harshly. Alfie still remains the face of devolution. I also want to see the reports of the other gavanas. I feel this report is selective n malicious.. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

I feel this report is selective n malicious.. Why are you defending people who have stolen money? There are millions of shillings paid to HE the governor not accounted for, what more do you want? I agree with you on one fact Alfie is the face of devolved corruption.

The otoyos there are waving then pointing some Wiper hands shouting "Usithubutu maendeleo" as led by that disgrace of a Senator called Muthama. They even want to reprimand the Governor for working with the Jubilee Govt. Those are the otoyos and they are clad in bright colorLet us await the Governors detailed right of reply.

I agree with you on one fact Alfie is the face of devolved corruption. You see, unlike you, I'm a very practical person. I would like to see the reports from July last year to date for Macha, and reports for the other governers from Jan to July last year. Then we compare. At least I know we are not dealing with angels. Alfie has a speck in his eyes, the other fellows have logs! TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

Are we so mediocre and petty as a nation?
Have we been 'sat on' for so long that we prefer a thief who steals one loaf as to one who steals two?
The silliest of arguments i keep hearing from Kenyans is that Alfie is good because 'atleast he is doing something' What the hell is this 'something'? Smoke screens?
Am i the only one perturbed by the fact that Alfie is keen on vehicles? Second hand vehicles? and projects that do not attract any serious investments?
Just because my governor is an outright thief, doesn't mean I 'fall in love' with a silent thief. A thief is a thief is a thief and shall forever remain a thief. and is worse because he tells lies using populist diversions..
Needless to say.. I am not Bonny M. so if i were landing tenders like some Wazuans... I would not be outright acerbic with my criticism but rather punctuate the folly that is Wazua's discussions with posts like. "Where is evidence?" "Mutua is working" "let the aggrieved go to court"
