According to the latest Audited Report by the Controller of Budget, Jubilee zones lead in the country in expenditure on county development.

Nyeri- 30.3%, Tana-River -26.0%, and Tharaka-Nithi- 25.5%

Kudos to the Governors there. They can do even better!

Latest audited relates to what period? Na usaidie wazua na rink bro. I would be very careful using absolute figures as the basis former assessing efficiency. The case of Embu County comes to mind.

I have edited to refer to the desired Jubilee not TNA. 66% of these leading team is composed of SAMWEL MBAE of TNA and NDERITU GACHAGWA of GNU all under the Jubilee banner.

High expenditure on development does not necessarily mean there is development. The high expenditure could also be an indicator of high corruption and embezzlement of development money

Anyway in all fairness @ecstacy first post was to TNA, even he has realised that and corrected to include their sleeping partners in Jubilee!
