crazy thing when you dont have the funds you have 1m+1 ideas and when the chumz finaly check in mind goes blank.

Happened to me a couple of times too.

stick to your first solid idea assuming that it was researched well & still holds to date.

Ama you just buy land somewhere for future development

You had no plan? ... if so Kengen PIBO is safest. Think security of principle ONLY. Otherwise utaungua, this is the wrong time to shop for ideas.

As you look for ideas here at SK and elsewhere, put the money in a money market unit trust fund... since this fund is open ended i.e you can access the cash on short notice (max 5 days),and also very safe (it invests in short term fixed income securities mostly treasury bills) it will ensure that your cash is earning throughout ur blank mind period, that way you will have less preasure and enough time to do research and analysis on projects you would wish to undertake and when you finally land on a good idea you can access the cash with ease.

My two cents

Its just me whatever choice you make in life make sure that you can live with it.

How are yu getting the money in 1st place?......is it a loan???......If that is the case then only touch the money once you up your mind about exactly wat yu wanna do with the money!!!!

The chief value of money lies in the fact that one lives in a world in which it is overestimated.

You are getting money to be paid back with interest and you want to be advised. To get good advise, you need to give enough information. For example, after how long is it to be paid back. What interest rate? Look man, somebody is advising you to buy land, another is advising you to invest in the money market while one is advising you to buy MSC shares. without any info,i can as well advise you to pay dowry. It is a form of investment too.
