Is the KE Gov unsteady or overbalanced that USAID will just nudge it courtesy of Boniface & Githongo? The government wont be conquered from without unless it destroys itself from within. If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

Venezuelas president won by 50.6%, a very slight margin. USA didnt support him.
