It must have occured to them that Kenya has some fine and suave minds capable of engaging with the worlds best eyeball to eyeball. In as far as the soundness of the legal arguments he advanced is concerned, the jury remains out! that is not to say that his general understanding of the law is wanting - far from it. Even the best of legal minds will look very bad when they find themselves entangled with a bad case. This is what happened to Wako as Government lawyer. The same fate could slowly be befalling Githu. Both as far as I am concerned are razor sharp legal minds. During the session on Thursday Githu was afforded unfettered scope but in Yesterday's Judge Osuji attempted to puncjure his bubble - LINK - Judge Osuji puts AG Githu to task!! Dunia ni msongamano..
