The people of Othaya will decide again. People underestimate Wambui at their own peril. She has been in local Othaya politics for more than 30 years. She used to be called "Wambui wa Kanu", she was Kibaki's right hand woman in Othaya since the 70s. Kibaki had always held national positions of Minister or Vice President but had to keep in touch with the local politics of Othaya where he was elected. She was the main link, she organised the campaigns, development projects etc. She is the one Othaya people dealt with even as they voted for Kibaki. Her connections run deep.

Jimmy ako na shida. He will be shown dust again. The only way he can win is to have her barred from running.
