Mutua is one of the few governors who has perfected the balance between good execution and loud communication. It does not matter what glorious things you do. If you do not shout about it, the public will never believe you. And he seems to be doing several good things simultaneously as opposed to the linear thinking being advocated by his critics. All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Communication..... very important. Nothing as great as giving people hope. Hope is priceless. Prevents people from falling into despair n anger. A good PR does the trick, I agree.
