Hey users am looking for a plot along thika rd near any of the complete bypasses or the proposed ones. bought a plot in kite 3years ago for 700k now worth 1.2 while my siz bought in Thika rd same time 650k now worth 3.5m so Thika rd is a growth area. My issue is most have no titles(my siz didnt have but now she has) and have mother titles for say 1 acre and u buying 40x80 and u areo told titles will be issued later am seeking advice on how to go obout it (seller has a permanent house in the same piece of land and has lived there for long) any offers especialy with individual titles welcome budget 500k-1.5m depending on viability of plot.
