Recognizing sexual ‘orientation’ is walking a razor’s edge. And once that's done, it’s not just the orientation that is protected, but the conduct associated with the orientation is protected as well.

If we are to recognize (read: legalize) all variants of sexuality, where is the place of sexual deviancy/immorality/sin? Where then is the place of punishment/rehabilitation/redemption?

The US state of California is currently debating a law that 'recognizes' pedophiles, like homosexuals are 'born that way' and shouldn't be 'discriminated'. They too want their 'rights'. Their politicians are going a step further to put in place measures that prevent an individual - even a parent - from counseling a homosexual against their choice.

Members of Parliament are now planning to summon Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko and Attorney General Githu Muigai to explain why the State has failed to enforce anti- gay laws. The legislators say that in spite of the existence of the law banning homosexual behaviour, gays have had leverage to operate with impunity as the State appears helpless in cracking down on what they insist are outlaws.

Kenya promulgated a new constitution.

In that constitution, we voiced our right to live in a country where our children are not inudated by negative foreign influences, like gayism and alternate sexual lifestyles.

The majority too has rights, which cannot be trampled by a disoriented minority. DPP needs to act.

And Obama needs to respect sovereign nations; we are not subservient to the USA.

This is bound to happen.

Throwing out the moral absolutes will inevitably open the door to anything and everything.

If we say that gays are born gay, what authority scientific or otherwise do we have to say that those who practice bestiality are not born that way as well?

They too are currently 'misunderstood' and need their 'human' rights protected.

Lets protect everyone! those who 'love' the beasts are also human!

Sexual 'orientation' of whatever nature is all pure and natural right?

I have approached my MPig to bring forth a motion in parliament to legalize armed robberies and rape. Those particular people are born robbers n rapists and its only fair if they were recognized n protected.
