And since the child is staying with his/her mother, it follows then she becomes an indirect beneficiary of the same. I do not agree with the arrangement myself but that's the way it is for now. Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

There's a reason why many don't bother to sue under that statute. To stand in a public court and accuse someone of having infected you with HIV is, essentially, to publicly admit that you are yourself HIV +ve. With all the stigma in society, how many are willing to have the public know that about themselves? Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.
