It depends on how innovative and creative you are and how much time you have to devote to the plot.

If you don't have ideas and time,you can just buy shares and hold.

If you have ideas and time,you could do something with your land that would give you good returns.

What price did you buy the equity shares at? That is the fundamental decision when it comes to selling.

A likely impossibility is always preferable to an unconvincing posibility.

its also worthy analysing the expected value appreciation of the land viz a viz the possible loss to be realised in the sale of the shares..

I have made a good profit from these shares,more than 400%. I now want to invest some amt in land. Where else can land appreciate fast in another 1 year as compared to these shares?
