On NTV now interesting characters. It seems old lawyers go for secondment to JSC as it pays more (enter Ahmednasir, Ojienda).  Young guys are council members and fight for chairman.

But Eric Mutua wants to remain LSK chairman for a second term. It sems it's not a done thing but there's always a clingy first.

IEBC as referee, Lawyers vote Thursday.

Felix Mwaura Gatundu is what one friend would call ‘an advocate non-advocate’. A paradox. An oxymoron. This week Felix highlighted what is wrong with the ongoing Law Society of Kenya ( LSK) election campaigns. He sent out a bulk email to lawyers attacking this column as taking “partisan political and extreme positions” and selectively excerpted seven previous articles in support. As a number of colleagues took concern with the nature of the email and informed me, I noted that the mail had slyly omitted its stated recipient, namely myself, but had instead been forwarded to numerous lawyers. Another colleague notified me that no advocate named Felix Gatundu exists according to the LSK database, which fact was later confirmed by the LSK secretariat.

I watched it and if I was an LSK member I would vote for Eric or the other dude at the end. That Kanjama dude is just too shifty and wants to please everyone then screw them later. A person who can't answer a simple question the way it's been asked cannot lead with honesty and integrity even if he goes to church. Period.

BBI will solve it

True I would also vote for Erick mutua, rather than that Weda guy whose campaign manifesto is all about scandalizing competition with unsubstantiated claims.I enjoyed the point where Mutua chucked out old newspaper cuttings i think of Kanjamas writtings and challenged him on his stand on various issues among them media freedom and gender,Now that was an intellectual debate based on facts and corroborative evidence si hiyo ya weda.

It's Omogeni, I liked his arguments in the interview they had with Ojienda but I think the bandit will pitia kati kati and retain the seat!!!!

Ahmednassir Will whitewash that Omogeni guy like never seen before.I know many lawyers hate him for his arrogance but then still.....watch the space. The Grand Mullah is matching on.

On another note, that part of Omogeni and the prof arguing over who is more ODM than the other killed it.Funny.
