And do you have any comments on the fact that they had pangas and knives in the same mosque, which were also used to attack on the police? Now that the flag was just praising God, mark you with guns draw on it(I cant read Arabic, but I can positively identify a drawing of a gun), which part of the praise requires crude weapon in a prayer house?

With my little Arabic knowledge the flags were simply praising God! Praising God with an AK 47???? One could imaging a drawing of a koran or even a minaret would be true to the claim. Don't hold your breath.

When some militants tried this in their most holy mosque in Saudi Arabia. The Pakistani Special Forces dealt with them ruthlessly. That is the only language they understand. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Mosque_SeizureIt is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt... -Mark Twain

Is it illegal to own pangas and knives which may have been used in self defense?? Is it illegal to have a picture of a gun??? In places like the UK the police would have absolutely no case here and I am tempted to think the same will apply in Kenya! Mark 12:29 Deuteronomy 4:16

In places like the UK the police would have absolutely no case here and I am tempted to think the same will apply in Kenya! Again, the usual burying of the head in the sand. If the picture of a gun is on the flag of the terrorist organization that admitted carrying out the Westgate massacre, and continues to threaten more such attacks on Kenyan soil, even your role models in the UK would shut the place down so quickly regardless of the cost. If the pangas are held by the same institution or their sympathizers, the reaction in the US would have been of a lockdown with SWAT teams kicking ass like there is no tomorrow. I really want to see Mr Freedom take a more robust approach to tackling these idiots just as Bush had to resort to Guantanamo and drones. There simply is no reasoning with them. People such as @guru think the AKs and pangas are ok in a place of worship. Clearly the more radicalized fellows must think using the pangas and AKs is an act of worship. Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...

Quote:The Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims has condemned the use of some mosques in Mombasa for what it terms as criminal activities. Supkem Secretary-General Adan Wachu chastised youths who were flushed out of the Masjid Mussa on Sunday saying “Islam is not terrorism.” “The Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims is shocked by the utter illegality, criminality and un-Islamic actions by marauding youths in Mussa mosque in Mombasa. “We are unable to say the brand of faith they represent and in that regard, we completely disown them,” Mr Wachu said in a statement. The Muslim leader said it is wrong for places of worship to be used for criminal activities. http://www.nation.co.ke/...4/-/18nm8k/-/index.html
