@Kysse you always insist that you are "thin" thus no need to hit the gym. We shall come up with a new thread of "How to gain weight". But with the story of a bread daily, you could be doing well in catching up with akina Washiku, Masukuma and BigChick.

Many go to the gym to lose weight. But the gym is a place to get fit. And even the thin need to get fit. Strength, endurance, flexibility, good looks, and mental health can be found in the gym, and the result is either gaining or losing weight, depending on how you also eat.

Washiku remove me from the list.

Am now sawa.At 80 to 83.Cannot go below that and if I did "Keshas and special prayers" would be common in my house .Especially from relas of shags.Am 5.6 in height.

Meanwhile my walk(5kms daily on weekdays and 8kms on satos ), hulahoop and bike maintain my fittness.

Makofi Makofi... Well done. We should even drop the big from your name. Quite encouraging when people give success stories.

Be ready to lose even more weight. Here, weight is not primarily lost by the energy dispensed while swimming, but the energy used to keep the body warm while in cold water. If you can hack it, take cold showers too. Great for keeping your skin looking young.

Next think about fasts. The Muslims are slim and trim for a reason.

Hope guys get to avoid the plateaus. Plateau is the stage where, no matter what you consistently do, no results can be seen. Meaning the body has adapted itself to the exercise regime. Its always good to change your exercise patterns, in-tandem to your goals... helps avoid monotony too.

That is exactly where I seem to be. Lost the first about 5 kilos pretty fast. Now I am stuck at 86 kg. Interestingly my belly is still getting flatter and my upper body toned from doing push ups and other body weight exercises. My goal is 83 kg.
