@Masukuma, you never told me that even the fingers will lose weight. My wedding ring now seems like a necklace. I will have to re-do it, otherwise I will lose it very soon. I wonder how I will start explaining to her why I no longer want to have my ring on just a few months later. Anyway...smile d'oh! d'oh!

i learnt to cope with a ring that does not fit along time ago. it has become part of the 3 things that i cannot leave the house without the other two are the Wallet, Mobile Phone. I always remove my ring when in the house and my hands have adapted to the fact that my ring is larger than my finger so the 'chaupete' finger is always curved if not the whole hand is clenched.

in other news i fitted into an old 'M' sized underwear and my size 38 trousers are now buggy!! hii weight loss inaleta hasara!! (humble brag)

@Kysse you always insist that you are "thin" thus no need to hit the gym. We shall come up with a new thread of "How to gain weight". But with the story of a bread daily, you could be doing well in catching up with akina Washiku, Masukuma and BigChick.

Swimming is great esp with this sun.
I am ok with my weight,BMI-all go together.
I just have a small target of 3 kg to achieve.
