Another reason I still believe in devolution. If we were still on a centralised system, Machakos might not have seen such cars in their county in the next 50 years. After all they never saw them in the last 50 years.

this devolution thing will really expose people. everyone is now asking - so... what is my governor doing? does mutua have a larger allocation? consider this - Machakos does not have those obscene taxes like chicken tax.... or at least sijasikia!! kuna watu wamelaza damu tu!

-How can one change citizenship from Kajiado to Machakos?
-Has the boarder between Kiambu and Machakos been secured
-Can one pay taxes henceforh to Machakos government - itumie and give change/ balance to KRA?
- Can someone ask Gov. Nikadinye of Kajiado to appoint me as ambassador of Kajiado in Machakos.
- Or I ask Mutua to make me honorary consul of Machakos in Kajiado.

What I know for sure is that the Kilifi Governors Mansion cost could have purchased a lot of these things. Simply tell the other Governors to stop wasting money on trips, hotels, mansions and entertainment.
