If the PORk says "I'll address the Nation at 2pm",why the delay. He cannot use- jam, lack of electricity to iron, matatu ilinipitisha, got mistaken for hawker- kind of excuses. Is it they are still negotiating about something, if so, then expect that after the conference some disgruntled people will come out.
If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

Suppose the parliament committee comes up with a report showing there was corruption n thus the project should stop/be reviewed, how will the PORK handle it?
