the foreigners have been selling KCB, equity, safcom, eabl in the last 2 months.
should we read into this, we know what happened when they started buying....

Interesting action in KCB and Mpesa bank today. Last 2 weeks member and EABL also had some interesting flows. All 4 counters are showing huge flows checking in. If 5100 is to be dismissed, then this should be where it begins...
Net foreign sales on both.
@Mwekezaji..Kindly assist with foreign buy and sale for Safaricom and KCB
Thanks in Advance
Safaricom
foreign sales; 91.8%
foreign buys; 45.2%
KCB
foreign sales; 74.6%
foreign buys; 13.2%
... Cheers
As usual asante @mweke and @hisah thanks for the report. Very interesting

Volatility will have to be managed by tight risk management.
The saving grace is a scenario where the eurobond gets oversubscribed. This will force the domestic money market to flow into equities as gok stays absent.
A poor eurobond uptake will be quite ugly for KES & NSE.
Volatility will definitely be tough to bear for the late comers. That whiplash (up-down choppiness - turbulence effect) will shakeout many weaklings.
Last week US, europe & emerging markets slid heavily... Foreigners are in NSE. Watch those moves.

What is the story with BRITAM?..
Real Insurance, Linda Jamii, 12% NSSF 'tax' etc
When it's mainstream it's too late for the party.

Looks like an upthrust at the moment. If so, an attempt to rally to 20 then a stall then the selling kicks in.

Very possible, too many heavies but then again they even sort to re-organize the board of directors
