I'd rather buy Mumias than HomeAfrika at anytime.
Ngoja tu.... You and @obiero will be swallowing these words soon enough! Does this look like kq??
Trust the guru!!
I don't have a problem with swallowing my words even if its today, 1st Feb 2014; but let it be because of strong fundamentals and not due to share price hyping/manipulation/speculation or cooking books or even by revaluation of assets (land in particular) to lie about their true value.
Come on, according to their plans, this fellows intend to sell KES1M apartments in Machakos (+60km from Nairobi, Kikwetu Project). Ask Kisaju! Ati 80,000 houses in total, 20,000 in 5 years.
.
For Migaa, the latest Hass Report indicated that the high end houses are facing 'some' challenges and their prices are tanking.
For the Kisumu project, LakeView Heights, i don't know the area, maybe someone can advice on its progess and viability.
So as to sustain their daily operations, this fellows seem to have changed their tactics, they are selling plots at Ruai Kantafu (ati they call them the smart plots ????), 21km from the Eastern By-Pass along Kangundo Road for 350,000/-. Just hoping they sell enough to pump up the FY books, just hoping.
I also read somewhere that they intend to start a construction company, so as to contain their costs. OK.
