This decision by the Govt should also be 'devolved'

County-Meru
Leaders-all from meru
Agenda-Meru County
Venue-high cost hotel in nbo.

What is wrong with Leaders? are there no meeting places in their counties?
Why can't they promote their own like mutua.

I guess trying to lure/tap into professionals in mijikuu who would not easily travel to Meru! Devos sytle!

If the originator of the strategies as well as the person(s) to be most instrumental in their implementation is likely to be the average resident in Meru county, wouldn't it then have been more reasonable to hold the meeting in Meru?d'oh!

Confusion galore. Ole Lenku's meeting and Meru meeting were different

where the hotel meetings are ngo funded or subsidized isorite.that way we gain from kiash $
