Epecially Patience with big cap sector leaders
like KCB/EQUITY in Banking sector because when they fall, they easily recover and while waiting you enjoy good dividends.
Watch out EABL, Bamburi in 2014 !!!

My patience with Kenya-Re was tested to the limit as I saw almost all other stocks except paka and uchumi return good capital gains! Jumped ship years ago. It's now like watching an old flame get married smile

Agreed, anyone who has been holding EABL for the last 10 years is smiling. KCB too never disappoints. Equity has been slowly increasing its dividends. The yield on my Coop has been poor though. Until the year they pay KES 1.5 per share, I am yet to start celebrating.

I have been through that. Had a huge chunk of CFCI and Britam bought at around 7. Got impatient and sold at almost purchase price.

I hear there are serious talks to convert those just before/during rights issue. The dilution wont be interesting for those who'll be in if it happens. Keep ear on the ground
