@ All,This pretty much pays semblance to those things that Moi used to hate before he started to play along. Those things which were introduced by the Bretton Woods Institutions in the late 80's and were implemented in Kenya and many other African countries in the early 1990's. I think they were called SAPs. In my view,these were machinations to serve Western interests and also make development a harder task for Africans.

have u watched the SA games durin the ongoin tri nations? all they seem to do is force their opponents to concede penalties and kick for goal..styen gets like 99 pct of their points on average...habana and jp peterson never touch the ball becoz the boks never get the ball beyond steyn number 2(francois) ....the wingers and second center might as well grab a beer and sit in the stands!!!!!

the issue here is running rugby has been killd by the offside rule and the myriad chess like rules that the players just do not seem to understand..so teams like SA and England rule the roost with their huge forwards and accurate goal kickers....the fans watch a 90 minute match and soon forget what a try is...
