CORD had its agents in the tally centre at the beginning 2. when they started seeing the direction results were taking - they hatched a plan. a plan to ensure that the 7 days period mandated by law expires without a president being elected and then force a constitutional crisis. (perhaps with aims of 'kirudiwo') 3. when it was realized that they were becoming petty - they were thrown out! they however did receive copies of the form 36s that came in. this is when they started crying foul. 4. some of their agents within IEBC and that were in the tally centre started to hid form 36s from 'strongholds' so that results za strongholds report last and a claim similar to that made in 2007 over nithi and meru region's results is made. 5. that did not work out as they were quickly identified and removed from the core process. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
