Naamanisha English Nation as referred to by the Oxford dictionary. True the Norman Quest, laid the establishment of the English people.
But, hiyo ruling the divided makes sense.

As Man has progressed, so has he divided himself and everything at his disposal, and within his power.

So the issue isn't about division or rule, but is about the fairness of this division, and the fairness of his rule.

I'm with @tycho on this one.

Man has always been divided, from time immemorial
Man has always been ruled, from time immemorial
So these are two different lines.

Perhaps the challenge is UNITY and JUST RULE; which are only similar as principles which man must aspire, strive for, to attain.
