I visited Hindi Magogoni area-The proposed Port Site and land prices have skyrocketed next to the port Area. Got a Guy who is ready to subdivide 2 acres @ 800K each. Am taking 1 acre,i have done the search at Mpeketoni lands office, Holla if interested in the other acre or for more details.

@Incognito, When did you get this offer considering the prices go up quite fast? Do they have a discharge? How near is it to the proposed port sight,give me the nearest parcel number and i will find out from the map. Did you take the offer? If not i can take it.

@ dave.Kim. Lucky you, thats the trend over there, if u can get another one plizz do coz in another 6 months its bound to double again. I think Lamu is a great potential than Konza at the moment.

For those who were interested in this acre in lamu Kauthara, am afraid its gone and thanks. There is still more Land there @800k per acre. I have all the maps of this Hindi Magogoni Settlement Scheme. Make sure any Land over here is Titled,has a Discharge Certificate and most important verify if the owner stays at the site. How much is land going for per acre in Hindi Magogoni settlement scheme. With the recent discoveries, it seems like the port is in high gear

At Hindi, same as port area, 1 acre is going for not less 5M.

Shortly after issuance of title deeds to land in coast some time last year, I recall a certain gov't lands officer being interviewed and he said that land allocated in settlement scheme is not for sale and such sale will neither be sanctioned nor approved. Is that the real situation?
