When the candidates are withdrawing from an elections leaving the preferred list is there a need to hold an NDC?? Methinks that the Secretariat should just provide us with the names....

If you have to ask for the list, then you are a true outsider. Just watch the entourage around the nucleus, paying close attention to seating arrangements and proximity to the centre, over the next 2 weekends (particularly on Sundays). No list required.

In... the last general election, ODM managed 96 seats in the National Assembly, followed by TNA's 89, URP's 75, Wiper's 26 and Ford Kenya's 10. In the senate, ODM has 17 seats same as TNA.
