for those of us who struggles with sweet sleep in the morning...

i believe our partners/housemates are the opposite....

thus with a few pinches....

we are ready for the day just like the early risers...

you've heard me..

@Jaribu,
That's an excuse to justify lazy rising habits.Or maybe your work does not demand for it.Ever heard of dawn gazing?......Secondly,a dairy farmer cannot afford to milk his/her cows at 10 and don't try that either.Cows have a choice.They can kick you.Customers won't wait for your milk upto 10.

I used to chukia what i used to call 'early birds'....the noise of cars starting...someone walking around the house....someone calling me at 6:30am...etc.....mpaka i was made responsible for managing people.....now i am the early bird....however i hope to make money and 'semi-retire' young so i can go back to waking up whenever i like

@jaribu might may have a point. Everything here depends on what business or employment you are in and who and where your customer is.

After all,6AM in Kenya is 3AM in the UK and 8-10PM in the US if I am not wrong. So 2PM might be quite early depending on who your clients are,where they are based and what business you are in. In fact,for some businesses (e.g. internet marketing) precise daily time becomes almost irrelevant.

What is important is to make maximum use of your day and your opportunities.

Time and chance happen to all.

Waking up early is the best thing i can tell you that,especially 5am in the morning,do your thingy,go for a jogoo come back freshen up and go to work. Your days begins early,it ends early by 8pm you are all set for bed at 9pm in bed and have good night sleep. Morning is sooo coool guys,the air is sooo fresh. Anyway its been said it depends on what you do,but you just have to plan your life or seat on ringeras seat for 5yrs and then when we make noise again to get you sacked you can go and sleep and wake up 1pm kila siku
