I'm still revolving around energy especially in the context of cymatics. If frequency and vibration can do that, and thoughts are an expression of energy, what does that mean to our physical bodies? That also leads to something interesting. If our thoughts are based on how we perceive and interpret stimuli, does that imply perception is the use of energy(thoughts) to 'tune in' to a certain frequency and subsequently result to a certain vibration?

Consider why it's said, 'as a man thinketh, so is he.' Or Sartre's, 'the question determines and implies the answer'. Or the way Buddhists say everything we have, we've created for ourselves.

Or the distance and space that meditation offers, and the different results it yields compared to normal 'egoic' thoughts.

I'm 'amazed' by the turn of events, and that you've watched the movie before me and on YouTube. I must sack my movie supplier. And pinch myself on the cheek.

Hahahaha! @Alma seems to have captured the meaning, but with a bias to his brand of 2 am. warlord goggles. But with no matusi intended one often fails to use the mind for himself and let's others to do it for him under the guise of doctrine, tradition, culture. . . and the like. Perhaps the reason behind such abdication is the fear of being like 'God'.

I wouldn't say ego is a thought but a thought pattern. It belongs to who holds it.It can be both internal and external.

The 'I' uses the 'mind'. But sometimes the mind uses the I. Many a times.
