Would it be a good idea to buy a 2 bedroom house in savanna with parking,front and back garden? If not whats the market rate around there?

Under current mkt conditions building is the way to go. I dont know about 2 bedrooms in savannah/greenfields but i know 1st hand that 3 bedroom maisonettes are going at between 5.2 and 6m

Some of us are slowly being priced out of nairobi!!!!. Not all of us are able to buy land and build,some of our employer based financiers want ready houses to finance hence the need to buy the ready ones. So what would a three bedroom maisonnete in Komarock estate fetch? What about a two bedroom bungalow in the same area?
There's no hurry in Kenya!
