The project is good only if we can sustain it.
In this Man eat Man society,fat,sweaty and panting procurement thieves have already demarcated plots to be paid for using project money- of course the budget will be escalated to unimaginable levels to allow gluttons have their fill.
And we wonder why people leave bigger than they earn.
Come a few years later,the risk of failing starts staring us in the face.
Inadequate budget to repair or replace broken machines because it all got consumed and there is no one to fund it anymore.
And the project is derailed.
Can't it be given to a private firm to run.
